Terms of Service
1. What GlideGuard is
GlideGuard is a benefit-safe wealth-building platform designed to help SSI and SSDI recipients monitor their countable asset limits, track ABLE account thresholds, and follow Trial Work Period (TWP) progress. The platform is currently in a waitlist phase — the full product is not yet publicly available.
By signing up for the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Not legal, financial, or medical advice
This is critical — please read it carefully.
GlideGuard provides informational tools only. Nothing on this platform constitutes:
- Legal advice about your benefit eligibility
- Financial advice about investments or asset management
- Medical advice about your disability or condition
- A guarantee that your benefits will be preserved
SSI and SSDI rules are administered by the Social Security Administration and are subject to change. GlideGuard tracks numbers you enter — it cannot independently verify your benefit status, account for every type of countable asset, or account for changes in SSA policy.
Always verify your benefit status directly with the SSA or a qualified benefits counselor before making financial decisions.
3. No guarantee of benefit preservation
GlideGuard does not guarantee that using our platform will prevent reduction or termination of your SSI or SSDI benefits. The SSA uses its own rules and review processes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your assets remain within SSA-defined limits. GlideGuard is a tracking tool, not a compliance guarantee.
4. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use GlideGuard. When accounts become available, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when using the platform. Inaccurate inputs will produce inaccurate outputs — the platform can only work with what you tell it.
5. Your responsibilities
By using GlideGuard, you agree to:
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform
- Not use the platform to harm others or violate their rights
- Independently verify benefit information with the SSA or a qualified professional
6. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GlideGuard at any time if we believe you are violating these Terms of Service or using the platform in a way that could harm others or the platform itself. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking this action.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing glideguard@polsia.app.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlideGuard and its operators are not liable for:
- Any loss or reduction of benefits resulting from your use of (or reliance on) this platform
- Errors in tracking caused by inaccurate information you provide
- Changes in SSA rules or policy that affect your benefit status
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of GlideGuard is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, during the waitlist phase, is $0).
8. Intellectual property
The GlideGuard platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Polsia, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
Any data you enter into GlideGuard remains yours. We don't claim ownership of your personal or financial data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves. We will notify waitlist members and registered users by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
